A quick road trip! In order to continue working as a paramedic, one must keep up with the ever changing practice of medicine. We took a short and quick trip down to central Oregon to participate in a Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Saving (PHTLS) course. The drive was uneventful and in the dark. But the view from our hotel in the morning was glorious. We took a quick stroll to stretch out before having to be in a classroom for 8 hours. I'm not sure what this tree is, but they are all over the place here. Gorgeous, vibrant blooms! And during the lunch time stroll I came across these beauties. The bright colors just draw me to them! After (successfully!) completing our class, we enjoyed some of the backroads for our drive back home. We came across this phenomenon called murmuration. Absolutely fascinating!
